Good God, who would be stupid enough to type in a birth date for a driver's license dated
1698-09-30?
LTO hasn't even been conceived back then. Who am I? Effing Ferdinand Magellan??? 1988 ako! 1988 ako!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grr. After spending a whole day at the place, still no good result. Dear Lord. Now I have to go back tomorrow because their office's closed already. Half day lang sila bukas! Last day ng pasok! I need my license! Grr!
Sucks.
